>> My name is Ethan Wendle and I am the President, CEO, and co-founder of DiamondBack Truck Covers. We manufacture, market, and sell a unique line of pickup covers that seal and lock the beds of trucks. So we have a manufacturing facility in Philisburg, PA. Projects that we undertake are based usually on different initiatives or needs of the company. For instance, if we have a new website that we're going to be launching, you know, then we'll decide who's in charge of managing that project. Usually that would be the vice president of sales and marketing side of things. And then it's really just basically developing a timeline of what the deliverables are and my role is more of a listener and a coach and sort of working between departments to understand who needs what and make sure that they get the resources that they need to accomplish the goal. So projects are based on, you know, internal objectives that we set. We're not driven too much by, you know, a large customer that us needs to develop a specific type of project, you know, by a certain timeline. It's mostly us internally trying to achieve our internal goals. Yeah, so the primary product line that we manufacture is a patented line of covers. So we've developed a patent on a cover that was able to seal and lock a pickup truck bed but still lets you haul items on top. That's our primary product line and then we have a host of other accessories developed around that product line but all customer driven. So a customer will say, I need a specific box, you know, in this area, and we'll do some market testing. We'll do some stage gate analysis of trying to determine if the market is big enough for that product line or not. Once we decide that we're going to go with it, then we -- you know the project gets moving to our engineer department and it moves through there.
